Case Management Package (Existing Clients Only)
This package is designed for the parent who wants to “just be the parent at the team meeting” and have the support of a professional to manage their child’s case and identify areas of concern that need to be addressed, problem solve parent concerns or explain team proposals so the parent can comfortably make an informed decision.

Faded Case Management Package (Existing Clients Only)
This package is designed for the parent who wants to be their child’s advocate, but still feels they need the support of a professional outside the school to help them proactively manage their child’s case so that concerns and problems don’t build up.

Meeting Assistance Only Packages
Annual Meeting (Existing Clients Only)
Parent has been an existing client and reaches out once a year to have an advocate present at the annual meeting where progress and changes to the IEP based on progress are discussed. Recommended only for cases that are in good standing with minimal, if any issues.
Re-Evaluation / Outside Evaluation Meeting (Existing Clients Only)
Parent has been an existing client and reaches out in a year where the child’s eligibility for special education services needs to be determined through evaluations. The purpose is for the parent to feel supported in the meeting, and to fully understand the testing being presented and feel prepared for the discussion at the team meeting. May also be used when parent is bringing in outside testing (e.g., a Neuropsychological Evaluation). Recommended only for cases that are in good standing with minimal, if any issues.
